• Account information: name, phone number, email address, login credentials, vehicle details, profile information, and account settings.
• Delivery and work information: assigned deliveries, pickup and delivery details, delivery status, proof of delivery, photos or signatures when required, earnings, settlements, and support-ticket messages.
• Location information: precise location while you use location features and, with your permission, during an active delivery so dispatch can manage operations and authorized users can follow delivery progress.
• Device and service information: device and app information, network information, language preferences, and push-notification identifiers.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate drivers, assign and track deliveries, provide maps and location-based delivery features, record proof of delivery, manage earnings and settlements, provide customer support, send service notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the delivery service. This can include sharing relevant delivery details and location information with dispatch staff, merchants, recipients, and other authorized users involved in fulfilling or tracking a delivery.

We also use service providers that process information on our behalf or provide parts of the app, including:

• OneSignal and Firebase for push-notification delivery.
• Map and location providers, including Google Maps and OpenStreetMap, to show maps, routes, and delivery locations.
• Hosting, communication, and security providers that support our services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legal claim or investigation.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections where supported by the service.

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Children

Default Company Driver is a business application for approved delivery drivers and is not designed for children.
